Shipping & Returns/Exchange Policy
The Return & Exchange for orders is only valid if the buyer raises a request at any of our customer service handles( email, call or social media) within 24 hours of receiving the product. If 24 hours have gone by since the delivery of the order, unfortunately, we would not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Return/Exchange Policy
- We only exchange or refund for those products which are defective, damaged or wrong product(size, design, colour) has been sent to the buyer.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that the buyer received it. Also, it must be in the original packaging.
- In any case, the buyer doesn’t like the right product we have sent, the buyer only holds the right to exchange. We don’t return or do refunds for the right products delivered.
- In case we don’t feel the product is in the same condition as the buyer received it, PsyStore holds the right to reject the return. In such cases, the buyer has to bear shipping costs.

- To return the product, the buyer shall contact our customer support team for mailing details and share the pictures of the packaging, product inside & the invoice for the request to process further.
- The buyer must record a video while unwrapping the package and click pictures of the packages.
- If we are unable to pick up the return/exchange order from the buyer’s address, in that case the buyer is liable to send us the order.
- Your order may take 20-30 days to get delivered in case of an exchange request, depending on the availability of the product.
Return Charges
We only accept free exchange for defective, damaged or wrong products. For any reason other than these, return shipping charges are applicable. Reach out to us at psystore.604@gmail.com for any assistance.
If we are unable to pick up the return/exchange order from the buyer’s address and the buyer mails us the order, in that case only Rs 100 will be charged for one side shipping.
Above mentioned charges are applicable post-dispatch whether or not the buyer accepts the order as we only dispatch the order after taking a confirmation call from the buyer.
If the buyer cancels the order before the package is dispatched from our warehouse, no charges are applicable in that case.
Return/exchange charges must be paid by the buyer on receiving the package.
Refund Policy
- Returned products are subject to inspection and approval by our team – if products or the packaging are found to be damaged, the order will not be considered eligible for a refund.
- If the returned product is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment or bank details provided by the buyer, within 7 days of approval from our team. The buyer will have to share the bank details in case of a COD order.
- Return and refund requests will not be accepted for orders that applied an offer code on checkout at the time of purchase.
- Any and all refunds are approved or rejected at the discretion of the team PsyStore.
Shipping Policy
- The buyer may or may not be liable to pay the shipping costs for returning the items as mentioned above under the ‘Return charges’ section.
- PsyStore does not take any responsibility for goods damaged, lost or stolen in transit. If we do not receive the item as per our Returns and Refunds Policy, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If the buyer does not accept the order in two consecutive attempts, we will reject all the orders in the future.
- Depending on where the buyer lives, the time the exchanged product takes to get delivered may vary.
- If the buyer is shipping an item worth more than Rs 2000, it’s suggested to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Track the Order
Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse and is on its way, the order Id and tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp. To track the parcel, simply click on the link and feed in your tracking id.
